Privacy Policy

PostItPapi ("PostItPapi", "we", "us") is a tool that lets you compose a post once and publish it to multiple social-media platforms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed (bcrypt) password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Media you upload. Photos and videos you add to the composer are stored on our server so they can be sent to the platforms you select. You can remove media at any time.
- Connected-account credentials. To post on your behalf you provide your own API keys and/or OAuth tokens for the platforms you connect (e.g. X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, DeviantArt, WordPress) and optional posting services (Upload-Post, Zernio). These credentials are stored to perform posting and are used for no other purpose.
- Post content & history. The text, scheduling, and per-platform settings of your posts, plus a history of what was posted and the result.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and operate your account.
- To publish the content you choose to the platforms you choose, on the schedule you set.
- To show your post history, calendar, and drafts.
Sharing
We send your post content and media only to the platforms and posting services you explicitly select, using the credentials you provided. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Each destination platform has its own privacy policy governing what it does with content you publish there.
Retention
We keep your account data, media, and credentials until you delete them or close your account. You can delete media, drafts, and connected accounts from within the app. To delete your entire account, contact us.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to stored credentials is restricted to the posting functions that require them.
Your choices
You can disconnect any platform, delete any media or draft, and request full account deletion at any time.
