By creating an account or using PostItPapi (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
PostItPapi lets you compose content and publish it to third-party social-media platforms you connect using your own credentials. We act on your instructions to post on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's terms and policies.
- You must have the rights to any media and text you upload and post.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected-platform keys secure and for activity under your account.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful content, spam, harassment, or to violate any platform's rules.
Connected platforms
Posting depends on third-party platforms and services (e.g. Upload-Post, Zernio, and each social network's API) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, rejections, rate limits, or changes to their APIs.
Availability & changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostItPapi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, posts, or platform access arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
